Our winery is designed to respect the environment and optimize production processes, protecting the quality of the raw materials.
Clean energy and self-sufficiency
Thanks to an 18 kW photovoltaic system, we produce twice as much energy as needed, avoiding approximately 13,000 kg of CO₂ emissions every year and saving 6,500 kg of oil.
Eco-friendly packaging
We use caps made from renewable materials derived from sugar cane, which are carbon neutral (net zero carbon footprint), completely recyclable and free from the risk of cork taint (TCA free).
Maltraversi's Castle Estate
One of the most suggestive places in the area, an ancient castle surrounded by greenery, a dream that seemed impossible at first glance, but which, thanks to Nicola's determination, began to take shape in early 2023 and is now slowly becoming a reality. The stated goal is to restore the greenery and redevelop the area of the Maltraversi's Castle Estate, safeguarding biodiversity, enhancing the flora and wildlife, and cultivating the fertile land that has been completely abandoned.
