Harmony with the Earth The Heart of Our Philosophy
We passionately care for thirteen hectares of vineyards in the province of Vicenza.
The volcanic soils of Montebello and Gambellara, rich in basalts, push our white grape vines of Garganega and Trebbiano to sink their roots deep down, absorbing minerals that give character and freshness to the wines.
In Sovizzo, on the other hand, the calcareous-marly soils offer the reds elegance, structure and soft tannins.
Each wine is born from this deep connection with the land and brings the soul of a unique territory to the glass.
Life in the Vineyard: a Synergy of Nature and Sustainability
For years, we have been practicing green manure in our vineyard, an ancient agricultural technique that naturally enriches the soil and protects its balance. Between the rows, we sow herbaceous and apicultural essences that improve the fertility, permeability, and vitality of the vineyard, making it stronger and more resilient.
Our vineyard is a true sanctuary of biodiversity: plants, microorganisms, and local fauna form a living, vibrant ecological network.
At the heart of this ecosystem is our apiary: with around 40 hives and over 3 million bees, we ensure natural pollination and protect the environmental richness of the area.
In addition, we install nesting boxes for bats, hoopoes, and other birds, encouraging the presence of beneficial species and contributing to a healthy and diverse environment.
For us, the vineyard is not just work, but a home shared with many other forms of life that we care for every day.
