Wine according to nature: the origins of the Menti family

A land of fire, an ancient family of winemakers, a great volcanic wine.

Nicola grew up in Selva di Montebello, in the province of Vicenza, on a volcanic terrain shaped thousands of years ago by underwater eruptions. Here, among the Garganega vineyards, olive trees and orchards, he took his first steps, breathing in the scent of the earth and the family's agricultural tradition from an early age.

After periods of study and experience abroad, he chose to return to his roots to support his father Agostino, a key figure in the history and evolution of the family winery. Today he is an oenologist, agronomist and beekeeper, living in the heart of this unique landscape, surrounded by basalt walls, crops and silence.

He carries on with passion the work of the Menti family, combining experience, innovation and deep respect for the earth.

Its wines, always elegant and mineral, reflect the profound identity of this territory: the strength and purity of a land of fire.

This land, guardian of ancient geological history and breathtaking landscapes, provides us with the ideal setting to cultivate our greatest passion: creating wines of extraordinary expressiveness and character, in harmony with the environment that surrounds us.

The ecosystem

Among the volcanic soils of Montebello Vicentino and Gambellara, we cultivate ancient vineyards that tell the story of our land. Their roots sink into ancient basalts, giving life to authentic natural wines, an expression of a unique terroir. With Garganega as the soul of our work, we preserve biodiversity through green manure, apiaries and the protection of local fauna. Our vineyard is not only home: it is a living sanctuary, where nature and passion intertwine in every bunch of grapes.
