On the hills of Montebello, olive trees, fruit trees, and locust woods create an idyllic setting for the vines, which nevertheless reign supreme. Blending into the surrounding landscape, the Menti farm has diversified its production to include olive oil and honey in addition to wine. Reviving long-forgotten family olive trees and planting new ones, the Menti farm now produces a delicate extra virgin olive oil from olives harvested by hand on its own land.
