Elegant and persuasive like a noble lady, it revives and renews the style of an ancient local tradition of making Garganega passito wine. Made from Garganega grapes left to dry, this is an elegant wine, sweet enough for desserts, but also excellent as an aperitif or paired with soft cheeses and fatty cured meats such as Vicenza PDO sopressa.
