On the hills of Montebello, olive trees, fruit trees, and locust woods create an idyllic setting for the vines, which nevertheless reign supreme. Blending into the surrounding landscape, the Menti winery has diversified its production to include olive oil and honey in addition to wine.

Last but not least, bees are essential for pollinating the flowers from which Menti obtains its sweet honey.
