On the top of the hills near Gambellara town, are situated Togo Rosso and Costeline vineyards, in the San Marco and Coste area. These Menti’s fields are completely populated by the Garganega variety with the typical system of “pergola Veronese”. Thanks to the soil composition and the sun exposure, these grapes are dedicated to the production of the famous Mens Recioto of Gambellara. They also find expression in the production of Insolito Gambellara Classico, a wine of great structure and complexity.
