On the hills of Montebello one will find acacia forest, olive- and fruit trees which create a beautiful backdrop to the surrounding vineyards in the area. The Mentis diversified their production by making olive oil and honey in addition to wine.
Long forgotten ancient olive trees have been growing on the Menti’s land. By combining the olive harvests of the old olive trees and the young trees, planted to supplement and rejuvenate the old ones, the Mentis produce a delicate extra virgin olive oil. The olives are all hand picked from their estates.
